Developing my idea for Project 3

Brief

Following on with my original concept fro my folie, I aim to create a development within HSW that gives the users a place to relax and recharge from the 'hustle and bustle' of the city.
I plan to develop a building that is a Retreat to get away from the city, without having to physically leave the city.

Proposed Facilities:
Lap Pool
Gymnasium
Day Spa Facilities
Indoor Spa Baths/Pool
Cafe/Restaurant
Residential Component (small unit for owner/employees)

Developing Ideas from Project 2

Concept Masterplan of Site

Highlighting main axis of surrounding context to see how they converge on the HSW site

Using these axis to create a footprint for the building

My conceptual form from project 3. Building is simply extruded from the footprint i developed to give it differing heights.

I've begun tweaking the looks of each section of my building. For the moment I've hidden the envelope as I'm not sure whether or not i want to keep it. By adding large curtain walls to the front of the baths and beauty rooms it gives more light to the interior and offers better views.

Quick render shown the new shape I'm thinking of going with and the curtain walls for the baths and beauty rooms.

I've brought the envelope back to see how it will encase the spa baths. This is a render experimenting with a perforated metal material for the envelope. 

The same render as above but instead of the metal sheeting I've replaced it will frosted glass. This could possibly work if i removed the roof and walls of the spa baths section so that the envelope becomes the walls/roof for the space.

This render is from the east showing the envelope, which I've extended to cover more of the building. The new addition on top of the gym is where I'm thinking of putting my residential component, but I'm pretty sure I'll move it around because the noise of the gym and pool may be too much for the residential. Could possibly move it to the other side of the baths (on top of the beauty room)
