First Floor. Cafe on the bottom, and the entrace/foyer at the top of the stairs. Behind the reception s the offices for staff and a private elevator for the owner to access the residential unit.

Second Floor. Accessible from the main staircase in the foyer, the second level is home to the gymnasium, several beauty spa rooms compelte with massage tables, spa baths (2 rooms have views over the site and the city, while the other 2 have water features which flow down the exposed rock walls in room). The outdoor lap pool is accessible through the main walkway past the gym.

The top levels consist of the indoor lap pool (up the main stairs) and the residential unit which is accessible by only the owner through a private elevator.
